Front Desk Supervisor
Summary
The Front Desk Supervisor assists the Front Desk Manager/General Manager Indiana delivering exceptional service to guests throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Responsibilities
* Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests
* Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming
* Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations
* Set the standard for guest relations at the Front Desk
* Gather and resolve guest inquiries
* Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions
* Familiarize with all Indiana-house groups and special events
* Be aware of all closed-out and restricted dates
* Follow and enforce hotel credit and revenue programs
* Perform duties including room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs
* Complete and ensure that front desk reports and tasks are done accurately and on time
* Operate the front desk console and maintain AIMbridge standards
* Communicate effectively with colleagues and departments to ensure seamless operations
* Participate Indiana training new hires and ongoing staff training
* Maintain high productivity and meet individual performance targets
* Work at a consistently high level Indiana stressful situations
* Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality policies and procedures
