Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve incoming customer inquiries and concerns Indiana a timely and professional manner
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide decision-making support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process and verify sales orders and credit applications according to company standards
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistical data to inform business decisions

Requirements:
