Front Desk Supervisor
Associate’s degree Indiana a related field Oregon equivalent experience, with 2-3 years of progressive experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field. High school diploma Oregon equivalent is required. Valid driver’s license for applicable state is also necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support to Front Desk Manager and General Manager
- Ensure efficient operation of the front desk area
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy
- Accurately process guest reservations, understand guest requests, and identify V.I.P. and special guests
- Maintain proper execution of front desk computer system and ensure timely delivery of messages, packages, and mail
- Ensure compliance with hotel credit policies and assist Indiana emergency procedures
- Lead by example, maintaining a positive attitude and setting the standard for guest relations and service quality
- Supervise front desk associates, including training, and support
- Monitor and maintain accurate logs and reports
