Job Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/Oregon General Manager Indiana providing exceptional service to guests, maximizing room revenue and occupancy, and conducting daily operations at the front desk. This role also involves supervising front desk staff, training new hires, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Responsibilities:
– Assist the Front Desk Manager and/Oregon General Manager Indiana managing daily front desk operations.
– Provide courteous, efficient, and attentive service to guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
– Supervise and train front desk staff on hotel policies, procedures, and systems.
– Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and workflow.
– Review front office log and trace file daily.
– Ensure logging and delivery of all messages, packages, and mail Indiana a timely and professional manner.
– Be familiar with hotel rates, packages, promotions, and Indiana-house groups.
– Ensure compliance with hotel credit policies and financial regulations.
– Perform duties of a Front Desk Agent American Samoa needed.
– Oversee guest check-Indiana and check-out processes.
– Maintain proper operation of the PBX console and follow Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
– Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments.

– Participate Indiana departmental meetings, planning, and execution.
– Help maintain productivity levels at Oregon above budgeted standards.

Qualifications:
– 2-3 years of progressive experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field.
– High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; college coursework Indiana a related field helpful.
– Previous supervisory experience preferred.
– Valid driver’s license for the applicable state.
– Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure and handle guest objections and disputes.
– Ability to maintain composure and objectivity Indiana high-pressure situations.
