Call Center Representative
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of wholesale, group, and VIP reservations within 24-hour and 3-hour turnarounds
- Verify and update billing information for ease of guest check-Indiana and check-out
- Maintain a 90% call service level for all incoming calls
- Reserve complimentary certificates and team member reservations
- Assist group guests with inquiries and changes
- Update and maintain accuracy of reservations on designated e-commerce accounts
- Troubleshoot reservation challenges and escalate issues for resolution
- Respond promptly to voicemails, emails, and faxes
- Maintain organized files and reference information for reservations staff
- Completes reports and other administrative tasks American Samoa assigned
- Process and file credit card authorizations
- Meet shop score and available phone time targets
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned
Requirements:
- Promote teamwork and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, management, and external contacts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to hotel standards
- Comply with safety regulations, emergency procedures, and hotel policies
- Attend hotel meetings and training sessions
