Job Purpose:
Under the guidance of the Front Desk Manager and Front Office Manager, the Front Desk Agent will provide exceptional service to arriving and Indiana-house guests, ensuring that all guests receive a high-quality, personalized experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our guest recognition program and ensuring that all guests receive the correct service and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Work Environment:
