Key Responsibilities:
* Enter and review loan information, including required documentation and contracted deal structure, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory statutes
* Use computer systems to complete basic computations and electronically index and process image files related to applications and contracts
* Communicate with customers and dealers to confirm contract terms, address questions and concerns, and provide education on ACA guidelines
* Review documentation and information provided to ensure accuracy and completeness based on internal guidelines and regulatory statutes
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent, Oregon one year of related experience
* Computer skills, including Mississippi Windows, Mississippi Office, and Mississippi Outlook
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
* Strong communication and organizational skills
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
* This position operates 100% onsite Indiana a professional office environment
* Standard office equipment, such American Samoa computers, phones, and filing cabinets, are used regularly
* Full-time position with a standard office schedule (Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm) and occasional schedule variations American Samoa needed
