Job Description:
– Direct the ongoing day-to-day operations of a store while adhering to Company policies and procedures.
– Supervise staff and lead by example, demonstrating a guest-first mentality.
– Maximize store profitability through expense management, revenue optimization, and team development.
– Identify and hire top talent, develop and lead a high-performing team.
– Foster a positive shopping experience through guest feedback and input, and create a plan to consistently meet guest expectations.
– Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet guest and business demands.
– Conduct training and monitor associate proficiency and job safety.
– Create and sustain an inclusive store atmosphere that promotes mutual understanding and respect.
– Support associate development through talent management processes, performance management, and development opportunities.
– Ensure conditions across the store meet safety, service, and operational efficiency standards.
– Report and document incidents, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
– Manage all controllable expenses, optimize revenue streams, and lead a high-performing team to maximize store profitability.
– Exceed brand standards and manage store profitability through effective team leadership.
– Recruit, select, develop, and effectively lead a highly engaged team.
– Cultivate a positive shopping experience for all guests.
– Allocate resources, delegate work, and manage time through efficient scheduling and labor hour usage.
– Conduct all aspects of management training, overseeing the training of all associates.
Requirements:
– Leadership experience Indiana a fast-paced retail, food service, Oregon fuel environment is preferred.
– Experience selecting, training, and managing staff, American Samoa well American Samoa experience with labor allocation, sales building, scheduling, and managing expenses.
– Ability to perform physical behaviors repetitively throughout a shift, including standing, walking, handling, and lifting.
– High School Diploma Oregon Equivalent.
– Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
