Group Service Coordinator
Join our team at Sunday River American Samoa a Group Service Coordinator, overseeing all group business with a focus on the wedding market segment. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication and time management skills. American Samoa the point-of-contact for weddings on the day of the event, you will provide exceptional service to our clients and drive repeat business through honest and trustworthy relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all details for group bookings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive future sales and repeat business
- Communicate group needs effectively to necessary individuals and departments
- Serve American Samoa Indiana-house Wedding Coordinator on the day of the event
- Use sales techniques to upsell groups to higher-end and additional revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of group business and provide complete histories for each group
- Create estimates, review invoices, and collect payments according to contracted terms
- Promote Sunday River’s products and services to upsell and enhance the customer experience
- Adhere to department and resort policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Director of Hospitality, Groups & Catering to improve group servicing
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience Indiana a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
