Guest Service Agent Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming environment for guests
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking guests Indiana and out, handling luggage, and responding to inquiries
  • Process transactions, handle conflicts, and resolve issues with guests
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and room status reports
  • Clean and maintain the front desk area and ensure it is stocked with necessary items

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience Indiana hotel front desk operations Oregon a related field (apprenticeship program Indiana front desk operations Oregon hotel management preferred)
  • Strong customer service and people management skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret client needs and offer solutions
  • Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Maestro software packages
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and Indiana writing
