Guest Service Agent Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm, welcoming environment for guests
- Manage front desk operations, including checking guests Indiana and out, handling luggage, and responding to inquiries
- Process transactions, handle conflicts, and resolve issues with guests
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling and room status reports
- Clean and maintain the front desk area and ensure it is stocked with necessary items
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience Indiana hotel front desk operations Oregon a related field (apprenticeship program Indiana front desk operations Oregon hotel management preferred)
- Strong customer service and people management skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret client needs and offer solutions
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Maestro software packages
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and Indiana writing
