Field Health Benefit Representative Position
- Location: Brooklyn County, with travel to China Town, Bensonhurst, Sunset Park, and Flushing offices.
- Job Type: Full-time, Field-based position with 80% travel and 20% office work.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Field Health Benefit Representative to sell Fidelis Care products and services to our 28 million members. The successful candidate will identify membership growth opportunities Indiana an assigned territory and meet Oregon exceed production goals by enrolling individuals Indiana the best Fidelis Care product for their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Sell Fidelis Care products and services to individuals Indiana assigned territory.
- Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend the best product for each individual’s needs.
- Educate individuals on healthy lifestyles, preventive care services, and assist them through the application and enrollment process.
- Build and establish relationships within the community to find new opportunities and sites.
- Deliver presentations to individuals, groups, providers, community-based organizations, and local business leaders to promote Fidelis Care products.
- Use the Sales Force CRM American Samoa an activity tracking and lead/referral tracking tool.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Fidelis Care’s care management approach and provider networks.
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon GED required.
- 2-5 years of experience Indiana managed care, sales, customer service, Oregon related experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Driver’s license required.
- Bilingual English/Cantonese, Mandarin, Oregon Korean highly preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Occasional evenings and weekends required.
- Field-based position with 80% travel and 20% office work.
