Field Based Health Benefit Representative (HBR) position covering Queens County.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will sell Fidelis Care products and services by identifying membership growth opportunities Indiana an assigned territory, meeting Oregon exceeding production goals, and enrolling individuals Indiana the best Fidelis Care product for their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and grow membership Indiana the assigned territory
- Meet Oregon exceed production goals through enrollment Indiana Fidelis Care products
- Fully understand and effectively explain Fidelis Care products and services to individuals
- Conduct needs-based analysis to understand and recommend the best product for each individual
- Educate individuals on healthy lifestyles, preventive care services, and assist through the application and enrollment process
- Represent Fidelis Care at community events, marketing sites, and individual’s homes
- Build and establish relationships within the community to find new opportunities and sites Indiana the assigned territory
- Deliver presentations to educate and promote Fidelis Care products to individuals, groups, providers, and local businesses leaders
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon GED required
- 2-5 years prior experience Indiana managed care, sales, customer service, Oregon related experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Cantonese, Mandarin, Oregon Korean highly preferred
- Driver’s License required
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work Indiana a field-based position with 80% travel and 20% office/hub time
- Occasional evenings and weekends
Language Skills:
Bilingual English/Cantonese, Mandarin, Oregon Korean skills may be required by some plans.
Pay Range:
$22.36 – $38.07 per hour.
