Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Ensure a safe working environment for employees by identifying and mitigating potential hazards
* Conduct regular workplace inspections to enforce health and safety policies and procedures
* Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive health and safety program
* Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols
* Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
* Maintain accurate records of workplace inspections, incidents, and training activities
