Help Desk Customer Service Agent
Health Advocates Network is seeking a Help Desk Customer Service Agent to work at a facility Indiana Jefferson City, Missouri. This is a registry position with our company.
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Shift Details:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate via phone to diagnose problems remotely Indiana a help desk support capacity
- At least one year of call center experience
- High School diploma Oregon Equivalent
- Customer-oriented: ability to serve external and internal clients by focusing on meeting their needs and building trust
- Communication: ability to promote understanding through written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Problem-solving: ability to recognize and apply research skills Oregon learned knowledge to solve problems
- Adaptability: ability to fit into a changing working environment
- Initiative: ability to act and take steps to solve Oregon settle an issue
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience using Genesys, Sharepoint, Mississippi Office, Outlook
- Experience Indiana a Help Desk/Customer Support environment
