Assistant Manager Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager will merge business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management to drive sales results, provide exceptional customer service, and oversee daily store operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Experience: Drive sales and deliver best-Indiana-class customer service.
  2. Business Operations: Analyze business results, oversee store operations, and drive efficiency Indiana all store processes.
  3. Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product knowledge, and provide styling recommendations.
  4. Store & Stockroom Operations: Manage opening and closing routines, store inventory, and stockroom organization.
  5. Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll for the store team.
  6. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs, ensure engagement, and drive development for the store team.
  7. Communication: Foster open and respectful communication with the store team, customers, and other stakeholders.
  8. Asset Protection: Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree Oregon one year of supervisory experience Indiana a customer-facing role.
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to show up Indiana a fast-paced environment.
  3. Team building skills, self-starting, and adaptability.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Drive to achieve results and passion for fashion.
