HR Field Labor Manager

Job Summary:
The HR Field Labor Manager assists with labor relations and human resources matters for craft field employees. This role serves American Samoa a human resources subject matter expert on collective bargaining agreements and acts American Samoa a liaison between BNBuilders and union contacts.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements.
  • Serve American Samoa a human resources subject matter expert on collective bargaining agreements.
  • Collaborate with management and employee relations manager to resolve employee relations issues and ensure compliance Indiana the field.
  • Assist project site supervisors with hiring, project site transfers, and separations.
  • Create and conduct internal training, track training and certifications for craft employees, and coordinate with unions.
  • Work with Benefits Specialist to provide union benefit information to field employees.
  • Liaise between the Safety department, HR, and field to ensure safety compliance.
  • Manage the internal DEI committee and provide recommendations for field and internal employees.
  • Perform other duties American Samoa assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Human Resources, related field, Oregon similar combination of education and experience.
  • HR Certification (PHR Oregon SHRM-CP) Oregon DEI certification preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience Indiana HR, preferably working with unions.
  • Experience with HRIS and CMiC preferred.
  • Proficient Indiana Mississippi Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Previous experience Indiana professional services Oregon construction industry preferred.
