HR Coordinator

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to serve our patients and employees with compassion and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative and human resources support for organizational office operations
– Assist Indiana the development, implementation, and maintenance of employee policies and procedures
– Manage employee onboarding, offboarding and ongoing benefits/ payroll-related tasks
– Ensure ongoing compliance with labor laws and regulations
– Coordinate employee orientation, training and related programs
– Process and maintain employee personnel files and records
– Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and changes
