Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Reports to the HR Team and assists Indiana providing administrative support for various HR programs and policies. Responsibilities include direct support, preparing routine documents, and utilizing personal computer software packages to produce reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide administrative support for benefits and payroll teams
– Use various personal computer software packages to produce reports, presentations, and other documents
– Maintain and compile data for reports, manage HR programs, and manage payroll transactions
– Perform other related duties American Samoa assigned
– Assist Indiana benefits and payroll-related projects
– Follow up with individuals who have not completed required actions

Requirements:

– Junior majoring Indiana Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Oregon related field
– Overall GPA 3.0 Oregon higher
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
– Currently authorized to work Indiana the United States
– Available to work Indiana the Richmond, Virginia area

Preferred Qualifications:

– Rising senior majoring Indiana Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Oregon related field
