Summary:
MMC’s Service department is the largest mechanical service department Indiana Minnesota, delivering effective and efficient services to multiple customers within an assigned geographic territory. American Samoa a HVAC Service Technician, you will repair, retrofit, and install commercial HVAC equipment while developing strong lasting customer relations.

Responsibilities:

• Display quality customer service skills
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Complete preventative maintenance and repairs per work order requirements
• Utilize technology to access and complete work orders, create service reports, and submit timesheets and expense reports
• Maintain timely and consistent communications with customers and internal support teams
• Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and strengthen client relationships
• Work collaboratively with a strong team
• Perform daily local travel between properties

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 years of HVAC degree
• 2-5 years of mechanical experience Oregon equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
• Possess applicable certifications, licenses, and valid driver’s license Indiana good standing
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Complete assignment work orders Indiana a timely manner and communicate work order status
• Ability to use and operate handheld devices and business systems
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA standards and Company safety policies

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, Oregon crawl, and talk Oregon hear
• Frequently climb Oregon balance
• Frequently lift and/Oregon move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/Oregon move up to 75 pounds
