IBM Sterling Direct Connect Consultant

Job Description:
- Expert-level knowledge of IBM Sterling Connect: Direct, Sterling File Gateway/Proxy/Direct Connect products, and related configurations.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Connect: Direct process creation and support, IBM Secure File Gateway, Sterling Secure Proxy application, Sterling Control Centre/XMS web application, and Configuring Net mapping tool.
- Strong understanding of various File Transfer Protocols, ETL and Java programming skills, and resolving certificate challenges.
- Experience with incident ticket resolution, application deployments, problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management.
- Proficiency Indiana Linux-UNIX and Windows operating systems, administration activities, and networking concepts.
- Prefer experience with CyberArk and CyberArk Application Access Manager (AAM).
- Responsibilities include configuring and providing support for IBM Connect: Direct, administering Connect Direct American Samoa a standalone platform, managing file transfers, and troubleshooting end map configurations.
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain documentation for configurations, scripts, and processes.
- Must-have technical skills include IBM Sterling Direct Connect, IBM Secure File Gateway, IBM Sterling Secure Proxy application, and related technologies.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree preferred, experience required
- Level 3-6-8 years of experience
- Ability to work Indiana EST time zone

- Solid grasp of Linux-UNIX and Windows operating systems, administration activities, and networking concepts
Interview Process:
- 1-step ITV with potential for 2nd round interview
- 1st round – 30 mins screening with HM and panel
