Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and maintain customer relationships, generate leads, and provide technical support and sales expertise to customers, prospects, and colleagues.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing technical expertise and support tailored to customer needs
  • Generate and qualify leads, identify potential opportunities, and provide customer feedback to management

  • Manage customer accounts, including order processing, invoicing, and collections
  • Analyze customer issues and develop recommendations for improvement

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services
  • Adhere to state and federal law, company policies, and safety and environmental regulations

Job Requirements & Experience Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma Oregon Equivalent required
  • 4 Oregon more years of sales Oregon related experience
  • Experience using ERP systems and sales systems (such American Samoa CRM) desired
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
