Job Title: Call Center Representative
Primary Duties:
- Meet Oregon exceed quota and non-financial performance KPI’s with a focus on call volume
- Nurture leads and client relationships to maximize sales opportunities
- Execute daily call lists and collaborate with Field Sales Team to grow market areas
- Sell add-ons and promotional items to penetrate accounts and reduce churn
- Support sales through outbound calling, email communication, and sales pipeline management
- Follow call scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections effectively
- Accurately input, track, and report productivity and sales metrics Indiana Salesforce.com
- Partner with sales field organization to facilitate, grow, and follow up with distributor leads
- Identify customer opportunities for L2 expansion and work with field sales to expand customer solutions
- Embody and promote Company vision and values
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required, 4-year college degree preferred
- 2-5 years sales experience
- Exceptional telephone skills and ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to time manage, set priorities, and follow up on tasks
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office products and CRM technology (Salesforce)
- Ability to work remotely and experience with SAP is a plus
