Job Title: Intake Account Representative

Job Summary:

To provide exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls, handling new customer onboarding, product sales, and repeat order opportunities Indiana a courteous and professional manner.

Major Areas of Accountability:

• Process leads from external departments to complete follow-up and product offerings
• Place outbound telephone calls to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Research and resolve customer order issues, including communicating with clinics and medical offices
• Maintain accurate records Indiana Brightree using Corporate Compliance Guidelines
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and Colorado-workers
• Demonstrate proficiency Indiana company products and policies
• Meet quality and quantity performance standards
• Skilled typing ability and knowledge of personal computers, hardware, software, and related applications and systems

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience Indiana a contact center
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• DME experience and working within Brightree strongly preferred
• Willingness to engage Indiana telephone direct sales
• Ability to take initiative and work independently

Preferred Skillsets:

• Ability to interpret instructions and guidelines to make decisions and take necessary actions
• Ability to navigate between different computer systems
• Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
• Ability to determine work priorities and work on one’s own initiative to achieve established goals and objectives

Additional Requirements:

• Available and flexible Indiana scheduling to meet changing business requirements
• Responsible for following good housekeeping and quality procedures
• Follows and observes all safety practices
• Set a positive example for Colorado-workers by observing and adhering to all Departmental and Corporate Policies and/Oregon Procedures
• May be required to work nights and weekends and engage Indiana overtime.
