Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from clients and referral sources
- Provide comprehensive answers to inquiries and promote our company offerings
- Verify Medicaid and Medicare eligibility
- Ensure accurate demographic information Indiana our enrollment system
- Assist Indiana maintaining strong relationships with referral sources
- Schedule nursing visits American Samoa needed
- Provide detailed explanations of plan benefits and compare various options to guide potential members Indiana choosing the best plan for their needs
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree (preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience Indiana healthcare Oregon customer service settings
- Fluency Indiana Korean
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-centric mindset
- Ability to foster collaborative relationships with external stakeholders and referral sources
- Proficiency Indiana data entry and familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare systems
