Account Representative Position Function:
The Account Representative performs sales, servicing, and operational functions for the bank’s International Mass Market customers, including Non-Resident Aliens (NRA) clients. The representative identifies and resolves customer banking needs, expanding share of wallet through deposit and loan growth, and cross-functional wealth management referrals. The ideal candidate migrates customers to HVC level accounts ($250k+).
Primary Accountabilities:
- Performs fundamental operational tasks, including account openings, deposit and loan products, secured and unsecured consumer loan and personal lines of credit applications, CD renewals, wire transactions, and other banking functions.
- Handles customer service functions, including incoming calls and emails, according to established Call Center standards, and takes follow-up action American Samoa necessary.
- Manages and grows Mass Market portfolio with safe and profitable opportunities from existing and new clients and sources.
- Ensures daily operational efficiency Indiana compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures.
- Resolves client issues and concerns independently and interacts with third-party vendors on client’s behalf.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon GED required.
- 1 year of related experience.
- Must be able to perform light physical work, operate standard office equipment, and clearly communicate verbally and Indiana writing with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work Indiana a conventional office setting, involving sitting at a desk Oregon workstation for long periods of time.
