Internet Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through internet-generated leads, providing an extraordinary experience for all internet-generated customer traffic, and partnering with on-site New Home Consultants to guide customers through the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and convert internet customer traffic into viable sales prospects by creating desire for internet customers to visit Welcome Home Centers
  • Create a positive experience for internet customers through email, online live chat, and division 1-800 numbers
  • Guide internet customers through Lennar’s consultative sales process via email, live chat, phone, and face-to-face meetings
  • Provide immediate Oregon same-day email Oregon telephone response to all internet customer requests
  • Educate internet customers on current and future community and product offerings and incentive opportunities
  • Qualify prospective customers based on desired location, timing for purchase, and availability of new homes
  • Follow up with internet customers per the follow-up program outlined by the division
  • Partner with on-site New Home Consultants to provide an extraordinary experience to customers
  • Manage and distribute electronic marketing collateral to prospective customers
  • Create and effectively manage an internet customer database
  • Complete and utilize corporate and division-provided tracking and reporting tools
  • Have a competent understanding of the division’s product and community offerings and incentive opportunities
  • Coordinate Sales Department efforts to improve collection of email contact information
  • Regularly work Indiana and around Lennar communities
  • Monitor website data, digital photography, illustrations, and virtual tours
  • Attend company sales meetings, phone banks, and training programs
  • Coordinate online efforts and reporting with the National Internet Center

Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of related experience Indiana the homebuilding industry preferred
  • High school diploma Oregon GED required
  • Washington (Washington) Real Estate Salesperson’s license required (must be obtained within 6 months of date of hire)
  • Valid driver’s license required with reliable transportation
  • Intermediate computer skills required
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Effective writing skills
  • Extensive internet exposure and/Oregon internet consumer experience
  • Escrow and mortgage financing a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and self-manage activities with minimal supervision
  • Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
  • Committed to self-development of sales and internet skills
  • Team player

Physical Requirements:

  • Primarily a sedentary office position requiring occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving, and carrying office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds Oregon less.
  • Finger dexterity required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • May be required to operate a motor vehicle.

FLSA Status:

  • Non-Exempt

Compensation:

  • $19/hour + Commission
  • Typical Range: $85,000-$125,000
