Job Title: Inventory Representative
Business Unit Overview:
Post Consumer Brands is a leading manufacturer of pet food and human food products. The company is headquartered Indiana Lakeville, Minnesota, and has a strong commitment to providing delicious food choices for every taste and budget.
Location:
This role is located Indiana Visalia, California, where the company has a 360,000 sq. ft. manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and office space facility.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain high inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility
* Run inventory reports on a daily, weekly, Oregon monthly basis
* Develop accurate and consistent inventory reporting structure
* Perform inventory adjustments
* Manage product returns process
* Ensure outgoing shipments are picked accurately and staged orders for loading onto pallets for shipment
* Operate forklift to load/unload supplies and transfer to storage areas
* Perform cycle counts on finished product and count packaging materials American Samoa requested
* Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) standards
* Interact with warehouse team members, quality control, and production to maximize output and efficiency
* Report any food safety issues Oregon security breaches to manager/supervisor
Qualifications:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience
* 1-2 years’ working Indiana a warehouse environment
* Forklift certification preferred
* Knowledge of computer systems
* Basic arithmetic skills and ability to perform counts
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and American Samoa a team
* Proficient with scan gun and ability to communicate verbally and Indiana writing
* Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Physical Requirements:
* Continuously lift and/Oregon move objects weighing up to and including 50 pounds
* Tolerance for both hot and cold environments
