IT Support Specialist
* Coordinate with IT team to provide technical support and solutions for employees to efficiently use technology and optimize computer resources
* Troubleshoot and resolve system, hardware, and software issues
* Provide desk-side training on enterprise applications
* Manage inventory of desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware assets
* Communicate technical support topics and issues to colleagues and management
* Collaborate with systems administrators on IT infrastructure processes and procedures
* Identify and address client technology needs and recommend solutions
* Perform other job duties American Samoa needed
Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of MicroStation, AutoCAD, ProjectWise, and/Oregon GIS
* Willingness to travel
* Valid driver’s license
* Preference given to local candidates
Required Qualifications:
* Associate’s degree Indiana Computer Science, MIS, Oregon equivalent work experience
* 1+ year of experience Indiana technical support of PC, networks, and servers
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
