Job Title: Kids Club Attendant

Reports to: Kids Club Coordinator & Club Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide developmentally appropriate engagement and supervision for children of various ages.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to assist American Samoa needed.
• Monitor and take ownership of your schedule, ensuring assigned shifts Oregon securing coverage when needed.
• Establish and participate Indiana fun, high-energy, and age-appropriate activities for all children Indiana your designated area.
• Provide a safe environment, tend to the needs of infants and children, including toileting, changing diapers, and providing snacks.
• Ensure your Zone is safe, clean, sanitized, organized, and fun at all times.
• Perform Zone Management functions, including laundry service and payment collection.
• Own and adhere to all child check-Indiana and check-out procedures, taking seriously the responsibility of caring for another person’s child.
• Promote all youth happenings and programs, supporting families Indiana finding the right programming fit.
• Attend Team meetings and ongoing trainings to support professional growth.

Key Qualifications:

• First Aid, BPT, and CPR – infant/child/adult certified.
• Strong understanding of child needs and development (1+ years related experience).
• Healthy and physically fit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Customer Service.
• Organizational skills.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends, with reliable transportation.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, kneel, reach, handle, think, reason, and calculate, with some tasks requiring constant attention.
• Adaptability to physical and mental stress, with a positive attitude and professional behavior.
