Job Summary:

Kimbrell’s Furniture is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Field Collections Agent to join our team. American Samoa a Field Collections Agent, you will be responsible for visiting customers at their home addresses to inquire about their past due accounts and work with them to resolve their outstanding balances.

Responsibilities:

• Visit customers at their home addresses to discuss past due accounts
• Evaluate account information and communicate with customers regarding their account status
• Update account information Indiana real-time using technical devices
• Take payments from customers using technical devices
• Deliver notes and written correspondence to customers with past due accounts
• Communicate with Call Center, Store, and Executive Office Management regarding customer account information and status

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Cooperative disposition and ability to work within structured parameters
• Positive attitude
• Desire to learn and develop professionally
• Attention to detail and ability to reason and think quickly
• Excellent communication skills
• Some experience Indiana collections preferred, but not required
• Availability to work Monday-Saturday between 8am and 7pm
