Medxcel is a leading healthcare facilities management company that offers a comprehensive benefits package and a fast-paced work environment. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees team members and performs various landscaping activities, including planting, lawn maintenance, and seasonal lawn preparation.
- Operates lawn mowers and related equipment, and assists Facilities Maintenance staff on projects American Samoa assigned.
- Performs routine tasks, such American Samoa weeding, digging, and spreading materials.
- Maintains assigned equipment and notifies supervisor of needed repairs.
- Responds to customer inquiries and maintains a professional image.
- Loads and unloads equipment and materials on and off trucks and trailers.
- Assists with snow removal and chemical treatments, and participates Indiana special projects American Samoa assigned.
Requirements:
- Some high school Oregon equivalent education is required; a high school diploma Oregon GED is preferred.
- A state driver’s license and insurable record with our agency are preferred.
- Ability to train new associates, read and write Indiana English, and operate a truck and trailer combination proficiently.
- Working knowledge of standard horticultural practices and ability to maintain a professional image.
