Job Title: Lead Community Resource Specialist

Job Summary: The Lead Community Resource Specialist manages the phone queue, supports front-line staff, and trains new hires to deliver information and referral services to residents of New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line support to Community Resource Specialists, answer customer inquiries, and handle challenging calls.
  • Monitor call volume, staffing, and agent productivity to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Handle inbound contacts through calls, chats, texts, and emails, and provide support to Supervisor American Samoa needed.
  • Assist Supervisor with monthly meetings, reviewing metrics, and training staff on new processes.
  • Deliver regular training classes to new hires and existing staff on program area expertise.
  • Supervise new staff Indiana hands-on training with live callers Indiana the bullpen.
  • Participate Indiana internal events, trainings, staff meetings, and workshops to upgrade professional skills.
  • Complete delegated tasks and special projects Indiana a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana health, human services, Oregon a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience Indiana a call center Oregon a social service organization.
