Product Connections is seeking a Retail Lead to join our team and support a team of product samplers inside Sam’s Club locations throughout the US and Puerto Rico. This part-time lead position offers career growth opportunities Indiana a team environment.
Responsibilities
* Recruit, hire, train, schedule, audit, and coach a team of up to 25 part-time Product Demonstrators and Juicers
* Emphasize effective customer engagement techniques, food safety, and overall customer experience
* Manage demonstration operations onsite Indiana cooperation with Club management
* Ensure daily compliance and execution
Qualifications
* Experience leading Indiana an execution-centric environment
* Food safety experience; Fast Food experience beneficial
* Customer-facing comfort level with a pleasant personal demeanor
* Active role requires lifting, standing, and wide range of motion
* Salary Starting at $17.50 / hr
