Job Overview:

Qualifications:
– Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role (High School Diploma/GED required, ECE coursework preferred)
– At least 18 years old
– Prior experience Indiana childcare, with a history of leadership roles Indiana a classroom setting
– Compliance with state-specific guidelines, including state and federal certifications, immunizations, physicals, and health and safety training
Core Responsibilities:
Manage classrooms and lead educators to ensure a stimulating and welcoming environment
Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum and adapt it to individual children’s needs
Prioritize safety and create a nurturing environment where children feel protected
Regularly update parents on their children’s progress, using a mix of mobile apps and Indiana-person discussions
Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals
Build strong relationships with families and colleagues
