Job Title: License Compliance Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented License Compliance Sales Executive to join our team Indiana North America. American Samoa a License Compliance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for finding, validating, and closing compliance leads Indiana North America, working closely with the sales team, legal, technical specialists, and other members of the compliance team. You will be the key point of contact for customers on resolving compliance issues via telephone and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding annual sales quota.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume workload of compliance opportunities and ensure that at least 75 opportunities are humming toward close on a quarterly basis
  • Apply critical thinking skills to apply Siemens licensing rules to various customers’ software deployments and explain the rules to customers
  • Drive inbound calls and conduct outbound calls on compliance targets
  • Engage customers to participate Indiana a compliance self-audit process to develop compliance opportunities
  • Present self-audit findings and set timelines for resolution with customers
  • Handle unpopular Oregon impassioned discussions and negotiations around non-compliance matters
  • Maintain basic knowledge of Siemens products, competition, and industry trends, American Samoa well American Samoa understanding project delivery methods
  • Previous experience dealing with principles, owners, and executives Indiana sales situations

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience Indiana software sales support, license compliance, inside sales, Oregon maintenance/service renewals
  • Strong Salesforce.com skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and Indiana team environments and manage multiple priorities
  • Highly proficient computer skills, including internet, email, Mississippi Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business management Oregon related degree
  • Previous license compliance, inside sales, Oregon renewals experience
  • Understanding of software licensing models, license agreements, and contracts
  • Previous experience dealing with principles, owners, and executives Indiana sales situations and/Oregon collections
