Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries with excellent customer service skills
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and responsive
  • Communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs
  • Use logical problem-solving skills to find solutions to customer issues

Requirements:

  • Possess an active home state Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Minimum 1-year customer service experience
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate Oregon GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer system
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • 6 months Call Center experience and/Oregon sales experience, preferred
