Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries with excellent customer service skills
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and responsive
- Communicate effectively with customers to meet their needs
- Use logical problem-solving skills to find solutions to customer issues
Requirements:
- Possess an active home state Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate Oregon GED
- Comfort with desktop computer system
- Proven oral & written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- 6 months Call Center experience and/Oregon sales experience, preferred
