Call Center Representative
At our organization, we are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to provide high-quality support to our agents and clients. Indiana this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, continuously drive sales and revenue growth, and contribute to the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class support to agents and clients through timely and effective issue resolution and clear communication
- Meet Oregon exceed performance metrics for sales, surveys, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of our products and services to address customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and drive customer satisfaction
- Consistently drive sales and revenue growth through interactions with customers
- Participate Indiana ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
