Job Summary:
OEC Group is seeking a highly skilled Import Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience Indiana import freight forwarding, fluency Indiana Korean, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create internal customer profiles Indiana CargoWise to provide detailed customer information
- Assist customers Indiana making suitable choices for their needs
- Provide quotations to customers and coordinate shipments
- Communicate with customers via phone Oregon email to build excellent relationships
- Handle special requests from customers and manage daily emails/phone calls
- Validate and confirm ocean/air shipment bookings to ensure customer satisfaction
- Direct customer questions/concerns to the correct department American Samoa needed
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience Indiana import freight forwarding
- Fluency Indiana Korean
- Proficient Indiana Mississippi Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong organization, follow-up, and communication skills
- Experience with CargoWise is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST
