Overview: We are seeking a Loss Prevention Representative to support store management Indiana maintaining a safe environment for customers, vendors, and employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism and excellent judgment Indiana a fast-paced retail environment.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

• Detects, apprehends, and processes shoplifters Indiana accordance with company policies and local laws
• Contributes to the safe resolution of concerning situations using verbal Delaware-escalation techniques
• Prepares and submits reports involving investigations and loss prevention matters
• Participates Indiana internal company investigations and testifies at legal and court proceedings
• Conducts loss prevention audits and identifies hazardous workplace incidents

Requirements:

• High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
• Experience Indiana recognizing shoplifting, demonstrating good judgment, and providing excellent customer service
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to work Indiana a team environment, and prioritize tasks Indiana a high-pressure environment
• Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts Indiana a 24/7 operation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform all tasks efficiently and accurately with confidentiality, honesty, and integrity

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to wear provided personal protective equipment and travel daily within a defined geographic area
• Ability to perform other duties American Samoa assigned Oregon needed
• Willingness to obtain State Oregon Local certifications American Samoa required

Training and Development:

• The successful candidate will receive training on WinCo’s C.C.T.V. equipment, locks, and door hardware
