Job Overview:
We are searching for a motivated and dedicated Luxury Sales Manager to join our team Indiana San Diego, California. American Samoa the Luxury Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Customer Experience Assistants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring team members, driving strong showroom sales performance, developing customer experience initiatives, resolving customer escalations, managing the showroom and office efficiency, and collaborating with department teams.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and lead a team of Customer Experience Assistants
- Drive strong showroom sales performance by coaching team members to achieve performance goals and consistently seeking ways to improve the customer experience
- Partner with the customer care team to problem-solve customer experience escalations and maintain an efficient and functional showroom and office
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat
- Partner with Workforce Operations Analysts to create and maintain a team schedule
- Maintain a luxury environment Indiana the showroom and uphold retail operations standards
- Collaborate across departments to contribute to the growth and excellence of the company
Requirements:
- Prior experience managing people Indiana a retail Oregon direct-to-consumer sales environment
- Bachelor’s degree Oregon equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and ability to think critically and adapt quickly
- Ability to work a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting priorities
- Experience using CRM software and knowledge of luxury product sales
- Passion for customer service, leadership, and collaboration
