Machine Operator Job Description:

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, the Machine Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
– Operate equipment per documented procedures and log activities accurately Indiana operational logbooks.
– Report equipment failures, provide detailed descriptions, and document unsolved problems.
– Assist with material handling, adhering to receiving numbers and lot control protocols.
– Adhere to standard operating procedures, including GMP, device history records, hazard communication, and safety rules.
– Monitor product quality, observe raw and finished goods, and follow supervisor instructions.
– Maintain accurate records of work-Indiana-process, component inventories, and documentation.
– Demonstrate continuous progress Indiana learning equipment and jobs within the assigned area.
– Maintain a clean and orderly work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Physical Requirements:
– Stand for long periods to package and label products
– Lift and move products weighing up to 20 pounds
– Adhere to shift start times with excellent attendance and punctuality

Other Information:
– No prior manufacturing experience is required
– Training will be provided
– Position does not require operating the entire production line, running forklifts Oregon power jacks, Oregon handling hazardous materials.
