Job Description:
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the maintenance team, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of maintenance and repairs requests, and maintaining the overall integrity and safety of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee all maintenance operations on-site, including troubleshooting and repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security systems, and other essential equipment.
– Assist with the preparation of vacant units for occupancy, ensuring timely completion to meet leasing goals.
– Address resident concerns and issues related to repairs and maintenance, providing excellent customer service at all times.
– Conduct regular inspections to ensure the physical condition of the property and prevent damage Oregon neglect.
– Monitor and perform preventive maintenance on essential equipment and systems to prevent disruptions to residents.
– Supervise and train maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support American Samoa needed to ensure the team’s skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
Qualifications:
– 2+ years of related experience Indiana multifamily maintenance (preferably at the supervisory level)
– Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
– HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training
– CPO and CAMT certifications (may be obtained after hire)
– Experience with Mississippi Office Suite and maintenance management software
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and American Samoa a part of a team
– Willingness to work on-call and respond to maintenance requests outside of regular working hours (additional compensation provided)
