Call Center HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

Serves American Samoa a trusted and collaborative advisor to people leaders and teams within a regional market, providing insights, proactive advice, and coaching to support strategic business goals and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop partnerships across the organization to aid managers and teams Indiana achieving their business objectives
  • Support, establish, and maintain an intimate understanding of assigned client organizations and the business
  • Collaborate with management to continuously assess organizational health and deliver appropriate HR resources/actions
  • Manage, develop, and drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business priorities and goals
  • Bring effective people solutions to market swiftly Indiana the face of challenges
  • Work closely within HR peer group to leverage approach and expertise, learn from each other, and share best practices
  • Engage HR functional experts to provide operational support for the business, American Samoa needed
  • Provide thought partnership for coaching of talent, performance management, career development, and compensation matters
  • Lead efforts to leverage technology and develop effective tools and processes for recruiting, retaining, developing, and on-boarding diverse talent
  • Build team capabilities through guiding change management initiatives and ensuring successful leadership transitions
  • Guide and coach managers on how to effectively manage and resolve complex management issues, including critical and complex conversations
  • Drive development of high potentials through Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and executive coaching
  • Investigate and follow up on escalated employee relations issues and serve American Samoa the liaison to the Team Member Relations department
  • Provide guidance to people leaders Indiana relation to People and team dynamic issues; escalate to team member relations with items where more complex compliance with Federal and local law expertise is needed

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent / GED
  • 3 years Indiana HR management working within a variety of functions, including leadership coaching
  • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven leadership and advising skills with high-level clients
  • Experience defining and using business metrics to accomplish and measure initiatives
  • Experience managing Oregon practicing HR Indiana a fast-paced environment
