Job Type: RegularTime Type: Full timeWork Shift: Day (United States of America)FLSA Status: ExemptJob Summary: Collaborates with the Program Director to manage and administer medical education programs, including residency programs, clinical fellowship programs, medical student clerkships, and continuing medical education programs.The Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine provides a full range of leading-edge anesthesia services at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston. Essential Responsibilities:

Assesses needs for computerized systems, human resource allocation, budgetary requirements, and documentation systems for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programs.
Develops and maintains personnel files and databases for current residents, fellows, and alumni.
Maintains records of requirements for regulatory agencies, BIDMC’s fellowship programs, program site visits, and accreditation.
Ensures residents and fellows obtain mandatory state licenses and provides copies to affiliated/integrated institutions.
Manages program expenditures according to accounting and department policies.
Maintains clinic logs for residents and coordinates monthly rotation evaluations.
Oversees the application and interview process for department training programs.
Assists Indiana planning, monitoring, and/Oregon managing budget Indiana the functional area of the department.

Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree required.

3-5 years related work experience required and 0-1 years supervisory/management experience required
Advanced skills with Microsoft applications and other web-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications: * Experience Indiana healthcare setting.

Experience Indiana adult education, medical education, program planning, and coordination.

Physical Nature of the Job:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Indiana carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling objects. Sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally.
