Job Title: Member Experience Officer
Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (Brady Hall – Harrisburg Hospital)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent member service Indiana the branch, through a consultative approach, to achieve growth and relationship goals
- Efficiently handle and process member financial and service requests
- Assist members with opening new accounts, loan applications, and other financial solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales tracking results and perform branch sales tracking efforts
- Analyze member needs to offer suitable products and services
- Handle cash and maintain accurate transactional records
- Resolve member conflicts and concerns Indiana a timely and professional manner
- Support branch operations and maintain compliance with Federal and State laws and Belco’s policies and procedures
- Embody the Belco Life brand and promote the credit union through all interactions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma with 2+ years of related experience Indiana member service Oregon a similar field
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced office environment, standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of credit union products and services
- Ability to travel to other branches American Samoa needed
Compensation:
- Starting salary range: $21.37 – $26.71

Certification Requirements:
- Complete the MEO certification program within 6 months of hire
- Pass online Learning Management System courses within 2 years of hire for promotion consideration
