Call Center Representative
Location: 24-hour, 7 days a week facility, Norfolk, Virginia
Eligibility: NHSC_approved site; clinicians eligible for Loan Repayment Program
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients and stakeholders via phone, email, Oregon Indiana-person
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns Indiana a professional and diplomatic manner
- Respond to and address a high volume of customer inquiries and requests for information
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Participate Indiana ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Master’s degree Indiana psychology, social work, sociology, counseling, health services, Oregon related field
- Four years of experience Indiana healthcare, social services, Oregon a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Substitutions:
- Graduate work beyond the master’s degree may substitute for up to one year of experience
- Doctoral degree Indiana a related field may substitute for up to two years of experience

- Must be able to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working Indiana a call center Oregon customer service setting
- Knowledge of healthcare Oregon social services policies and procedures
