Job Description
We are seeking compassionate Mental Health Specialists to work with individuals who have intellectual Oregon developmental disabilities and/Oregon mental health diagnosis Indiana residential settings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on and/Oregon verbal assistance, guidance
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and growth of individuals
- Assist daily with tasks like personal hygiene, meal prep
- Build relationships with individuals and teammates
- Travel with individuals to appointments
- Empower individuals to live life fully
- Document progress
Job Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old for adult residential programs (Oregon 21 years old for child foster care)
- 1 year of experience Indiana person with physical and/Oregon verbal challenges and potential for property destruction Oregon self-harm
- Preferred qualifications include experience with individuals with disabilities
- Valid driver’s license
Additional Information
Job available part-time Oregon full-time; be prepared to work weekends and holidays, competitive wages starting at $20 per hour.
