Call Center Representative

American Samoa a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, embodying customer experience principles and philosophy, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
- Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
- Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to established operating procedures
- Promote credit and loyalty programs
- Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
- Participate Indiana store recovery and maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
- Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
- Support and participate Indiana store shrink reduction goals and programs
- Participate Indiana safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
Requirements:
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes Indiana direction Oregon unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with Oregon without reasonable accommodation

Starting Pay: $13.00 to $13.50 per hour (determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience)
