Job Overview

American Samoa a Quality Management System (QMS) Development and Maintenance professional, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a QMS that meets industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a QMS aligned with relevant quality standards such American Samoa ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 (specific to the automotive industry)
- Establish quality policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards, processes, and procedures
- Coordinate external audits by regulatory bodies and customers
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze processes using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and other quality improvement methodologies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the QMS
- Lead a team of quality professionals and ensure their development and training Indiana quality management practices

Requirements
