Call Center Quality Assurance Representative
Answer inbound calls from field superintendents and utility construction crews regarding quality issues on projects and provide concierge-style support and guidance to better manage quality concerns.
Resolve escalated quality issues by speaking with field operations, customer service, and other stakeholders to ensure quality deficiencies are addressed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer complaints and requests for service through a computerized tracking system.
Develop and implement quality tracking systems, methods, and tools to improve performance and ensure quality metrics meet company expectations.
Travel to project sites to collect data and assist Indiana the implementation of quality assurance processes.
